Exchange and Return Policy


At Art Design Store, we guarantee the high quality of our products, and we are always keen to provide you with a distinguished service.


Exchange and return terms:

  • Returns within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The products that are returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, and with all their accessories. The customer must pay the value of the returns to the shipping companies, both ways, along with the shipping fees to and from our warehouse.


  • If the order is confirmed by the store and the customer requests to cancel the order, the customer must pay the shipping fees.


  • If the customer does not receive the order, the customer must pay the return shipping cost to the shipping companies, along with the shipping fees to and from our warehouse.


  • The customer must deliver the order within 7 days from the date of issuance of the policy to the nearest branch of the shipping company designated for the policy. If the customer fails to deliver the products to the shipping company, the contract will be cancelled.
  • The return process takes 14 business days from the date the returned items arrive at the store.


Note: Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.



Free Shipping Offer:

  • Large-sized products such as marble alternatives, wood alternatives, and stone slabs are shipped free of charge to the nearest branch of the shipping company in the customer’s area and are received with the branch.
  • If there is a free shipping offer for the product and the customer wants to return or exchange the product, he will bear the shipping costs there and back.


Order more than one product:

If the customer orders more than one product, he will pay the shipping cost for only one product, and the rest of the products will be shipped free of charge and will be borne by the store. If the customer wants to return or exchange the products, the customer will bear the shipping cost for all products, both ways.


Note: Custom products are non-returnable.

Large products such as marble substitute and chipboard substitute cannot be returned.

After shipping to the customer's area

In cases of exchange or return, please contact customer service via WhatsApp or email to provide you with a shipping policy to submit to the nearest branch of the shipping company within 7 days from the date of issuance of the policy. The customer shall bear the cost of the exchange or return policy.
