Shipping and Delivery Policy
The order delivery period is from 2 to 12 working days from the date of order creation and payment.

The shipping period will start to be calculated after 24 hours from the time the customer orders.

Our products are shipped via land freight companies and institutions to the shipping company's warehouse in the same customer's area.
The customer can receive it from the same warehouse or request home delivery if the service is available by contacting the shipping company.
Shipping is available to all regions of the Kingdom only. As for villages, it is agreed upon with the shipping company. If the shipping service is not available, the full amount will be returned to the customer.
Damage:
Art Design Store is not responsible for damaged or broken goods due to transportation of the shipment after it has been delivered to the shipping company's warehouse.
Shipping company:
If the shipping company chosen by the customer to transport the shipment refuses delivery or does not receive the shipment for any reason, the store has the right to choose another shipping company.
Retrieval:
If the customer requests a return shipment, he will bear the cost of the return shipping.

If delivery is delayed beyond this period, the customer has the right to submit a cancellation request via email or phone number and receive a refund.
